Speaking opportunities may arise from a number of different avenues however all Straumann speaking engagements will only be binding if confirmed and contracted through the Straumann Continuing Education Department. 

Each speaking engagement will be confirmed upon signed receipt of the following, all of which will be provided by the Straumann Continuing Education Department to the speaker.

• Speaker Confirmation Letter: outlines program details and contract terms
  

• Conflict of Interest Declaration: disclosure of any financial arrangements with sponsoring entities

• Affidavit of Image Authenticity: disclosure relating to the photos used in presentations
